Historically genetic reconstruction
A historical-genetic reconstruction (HgR-KM) is intended to determine the causes of a weapon load and to collect the necessary data for the assessment. For this purpose, we reconstruct the usage and attack history of a location in order to build on this - if there is suspicion of a weapon - to gain knowledge about the type of weapon, detonation, depth of discovery, condition and spatial distribution or load density.
For this purpose, all available sources, e.g. Aerial photos and records of combat operations, but also e.g. access to knowledge of the geological condition of the subsurface and all other influencing factors.
The aim of multitemporal aerial photo evaluations is to determine aerial information and the resulting objects in their exact shape, size and location as precisely as possible. We obtain the relevant aerial photos and evaluate them with the appropriate photogrammetric methods and processes.
